The Senior Digital Designer will report to the Brand and Design Manager and will work closely with all areas of the marketing team. Granicus is looking for a collaborative and creative designer that produces digital assets to be used in various marketing areas. With deep skills in Adobe's creative products, the designer must be able to create a variety of items that promote and support the Granicus brand and can reliably support the timelines and deadlines of an innovative marketing team. 

• What you get to do: 
• Execute layout and design of digital assets for use in web, print, email, social media, presentations, videos, events, and content pieces. 
• Execute day-to-day designs that are consistent with company’s design quality and brand standards. 
• Maintain solid understanding of company core business and target audiences in all markets. 
• Work across teams to deliver high quality products to help assist in the success of other internal and external priorities. 
• Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed. 
• Be a key member of the Granicus creative team and an active participant in both design and brand ideation. 

• You have a degree in Design, related field, or relevant experience. 
• You have 5+ years of design experience. 
• You have extensive knowledge of working with Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. 
• You have experience in animation and video editing. 
• You have project management skills and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment. 
• You possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are equally important. 
• You are a self-starter with the curiosity to expand the scope of assigned projects and tasks as needed. 
• You are passionate and/or experienced in working with public sector entities. 
• You have experience working with international and virtual teams.
