Position Overview

We are seeking Data Scientist-4 with deep expertise in Generative AI and 7+ years of experience in advanced data science. In this role, you will lead initiatives that push the boundaries of AI innovation—designing, building, and deploying state-of-the-art generative models to create transformative solutions for government and citizen engagement. You will work across the full AI lifecycle, from data preparation to model deployment and optimization, with a strong emphasis on large language models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and creative Agentic AI applications. This position requires technical leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to mentor others while driving impactful, AI-first solutions.

  •

What Your Impact Will Look Like

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement generative AI and Agentic solutions using LLMs, diffusion models, and other cutting-edge techniques for text, image, and multimodal generation.
  • Develop custom fine-tuning and prompt engineering strategies for foundation models to meet domain-specific needs.
  • Explore innovative applications of generative AI in areas such as conversational agents, automated content creation, and citizen engagement platforms.
  • Build scalable pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment on cloud and edge environments.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed generative AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.
  • Conduct research and experimentation with emerging architectures (e.g., transformers, diffusion models, VAEs, GANs) to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Establish best practices for responsible AI, including bias mitigation, explainability, and ethical use of generative models.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to frameworks, tools, and reusable components for generative AI development.
  • Experience with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge graphs.
