We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of GXA Agentic capabilities. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, product vision, and execution excellence to deliver AI-powered solutions that transform government operations. In this role, you will lead the product management for GXA's AI Agentic Solutions—ensuring they align with market demands and business objectives while shaping the future of government technology.

 

 

 

What Your Impact Will Look Like

  • Own the roadmap for GXA Agentic, translating long-term vision into actionable deliverables that deliver user value quickly. Define, prioritize, and manage features that leverage AI agents for automation, personalization, and decision support.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver on the product roadmap. 
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality products.
  • Monitor adoption, usage, and revenue impact of new AI-driven services and features.
  • Analyze product metrics (usage, engagement, profitability) to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Expand customer use cases into platform-wide requirements, ensuring scalability and interoperability.
  • Act as a thought leader for AI agentic capabilities within GovTech
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering to ensure optimal performance and utilization of the sending infrastructure.
  • Lead high-level architecture discussions and planning sessions to prioritize key engineering initiatives including ones that may not have direct customer visibility but are essential for scale. 
  • Define, analyze, and report on key success metrics for performance, and make data-driven recommendations to improve adoption, usage, and impact. 
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation to support internal alignment and knowledge sharing. 
  • Advocate for platform health; lead initiatives for tech debt, reliability, and maintainability. 

You Will Love This Job If You Have

 
  • 5+ years in product management or product engineering roles.
  • Proven success working in agile environments.
  • High intellectual curiosity with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience delivering high-quality technology products in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to think strategically while breaking down vision into manageable deliverables.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, and Aha! (preferred).
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, automation platforms, or agent-based systems.
