The Senior Product Manager is the UK market authority across the Granicus portfolio and is responsible for translating UK public sector needs into product strategy, roadmap recommendations, and commercial outcomes.
This role partners closely with the Director of Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and global Product Management teams to drive growth, retention, competitive differentiation, and product adoption across the UK market.
The role also identifies opportunities for AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and responsible AI practices that improve customer value and strengthen Granicus’ market position.
Act as the voice of the UK public sector market.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, procurement requirements, digital transformation priorities, and market trends.
Identify opportunities for AI-enabled capabilities and emerging customer needs.
Influence global product roadmaps through evidence-based recommendations.
Translate UK customer requirements into clear business cases, use cases, and product priorities.
Advocate for UK market requirements while balancing global scale.
Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, positioning, and AI capabilities.
Support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions through market analysis.
Provide commercial insight for strategic opportunities and key customer engagements.
Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Security teams.
Ensure UK market insights are reflected in product decisions and market execution.
Communicate regional opportunities, risks, and performance to senior stakeholders.
Monitor adoption, retention, expansion, ARR growth, and customer feedback.
Use data, customer insights, and AI-assisted analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Measure outcomes and continuously improve product recommendations.
Experience in SaaS Product Management or a closely related product strategy role.
Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap development, and stakeholder management.
Commercial acumen with experience evaluating pricing, packaging, and revenue opportunities.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience working with UK public sector organisations.
Familiarity with procurement frameworks such as G-Cloud, BOS2, and LVPS.
Experience with AI-enabled products, responsible AI principles, or using AI to support product analysis and decision-making.
