This Manager role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus’ Services and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. This highly visible role helps is critical to the success of the consultant and existing / new customers as they transform their Granicus experience.
As the Manager, Implementation Services you’ll be an expert on managing Implementation Teams and Projects. The right candidate for this role is excited about, and has experience in, leading people. Demonstrated experience managing teams and working cross-functionally with a diverse group of stakeholders. Moreover, strong candidates will possess the ability to aggressively prioritize competing requirements and establish a path forward that is fit-for-purpose for the program’s current and future needs.
The Manager of the Granicus OneTeam will collaborate daily with their direct reports, project managers, trainers and cross team peers to ensure our customer is provided with an implementation best suited for them.
