We are looking for a motivated and effective leader to join our accounting team.  The ideal candidate would be resourceful, flexible with requests, enjoys solving problems and is effective at managing relationships and communicating.  

• Assumes responsibility of month end close tasks include (but not limited to):

1. Prepare variance review for management review as part of financial reporting
2. Prepare and post various journal entries
3. Management of all expenses related to hosting COGS, working with various departments
4. Management of all allocation journal entries and allocation module
5. Manage Prepaid Module, prepare adjusting journal entries and month end reconciliation
6. Review and post all journals assigned cash reconciliations
7. Coding and recording of company credit card transactions

• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations with accuracy, prior reconciliation experience preferred
• Assist with ad hoc projects specific to acquisitions
• Assist in supplying documentation in a yearly external audit
• Record all AR and AP journals related to operational team requests

• You have 1-2 years of related experience in various accounting roles (billing/AR, AP, general ledger)
• You have a BA/BS in Accounting or a related field preferred
• You communicate well with team members and customers
• You have intermediate MS Office skills
• You are detail-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving skills
• You have effective project management skills, including challenging the status quo and identifying needs to re-assess existing approaches/processes
• You are adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• You demonstrate an ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy

• Experience with NetSuite, Emburse, AvidXchange and/or Egencia is a plus
