Job Summary

Granicus is looking for data analyst to join Granicus’s Business Analytics team as part of the Operational Excellence function. The data analyst will use Granicus business data to develop reporting and analytics to drive operational improvements and business decision making.

What Your Impact Will Look Like

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in the dashboards
• Train end-users on how to use the dashboards and reports effectively
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, updates, and best practices

You Will Love This Job If You Have

• 5+ years of experience with information systems, business intelligence, business analytics or a related field
• Proficiency in Power BI and other data tools; 3+ years of Power BI experience preferred
• Experience with SQL, DAX, and other data languages
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and working well in a team
• Ability to excel in a remote environment.
