GXG is a fast-growing agency at a high-growth tech company, seeking a Data & Insights Consultant to operationalize, analyze and measure the performance of digital campaigns and user journeysacross multi-channel communications.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for our clients.
Our Data & Insights Consultants analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess campaign performance and audience behavior, which they build into custom reports and dashboards that communicate insights clearly and effectively. You will develop data-driven narratives aligned with our clients’ digital communication goals and provide actionable recommendations that enhance outreach strategies and improve user experience.
Strong candidates are strategic thinkers with a passion for understanding customer behavior and proficiency in interpreting data from email, web, social media platforms, and client systems. Candidates should have experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on how best to demonstrate impact to our customers.
